Banging Shrimp

For the sauce: Start with 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon of Chili Garlic Sauce (or Red Curry Paste) and about 1/2 cup of Sweetened Chili Sauce (which is really pretty spicy!).

Mix it together and taste it. If you like it hot you can adjust it, but it gets hotter as it blends so do so sparingly.

Refrigerate until ready to use.

Take up to two pounds of raw shrimp. Peel, deviant, rinse, and drain. Season with your favorite spices. (We like Ox Roast Seasoning, or just lots of garlic powder and a little seasoned salt.)

Cook them however you like them. Sometimes I sauté them in butter and olive oil. Sometimes Sam cooks them on the grill. You can boil them if you prefer.

Mix them with the sauce and get ready for the complements!

It's also awesome over a salad with blue cheese dressing and a little of the banging sauce drizzled on top.
